Jesus modeled a lifestyle of prayer, and He continues to intercede for us before the Father. Romans 8:34 Prayer is core to our life as followers of Christ. This is the place we have direct connection with the heart of our Heavenly Father. Jesus taught in this model of prayer to commune with the Father about His will. The scripture is the primary way we know what is on the heart of God to pray His will over situations. Prayer is the place where we come into alignment with what God has already written down, by His Spirit.
By connecting with our Father who sits in heaven, high above all principality and power, we will see His kingdom come into the situations we lift before Him.
